ENHANCING
RAIL FREIGHT
Rail freight operators have drawn up a list
of enhancement schemes across England,
Scotland and Wales in response to the
findings of the Stern and Eddington
reports on climate change.
These have been submitted to the
Department for Transport for inclusion in
The High Level Output Specification
(HLOS) and the rail strategy.
