This is an ideal opportunity for members in these grades to meet fellow RMT members and discuss formally and informally issues concerning your working terms and conditions and the union in general. You also get the opportunity to formulate union Policy on issues that relate specifically to your grades. Either the general secretary or an assistant general secretary is in attendance as well as a member of the general grades committee – so turn up and give them a grilling as well!
