OFFSHORE DIVING INDUSTRY AGREEMENT (ODIA) An increase of 2.5 per cent on all rates of pay, including saturation pay, effective from July 2019, all travel and accommodation paid and a n increase of five per cent on all rates of pay including saturation pay, effective January 2020. This offer was a significant improvement as the signatories had previously offered only 1.5 per cent and no increase to saturation pay. ARRIVA RAIL NORTH Following the threat of strike action, the union won a three per cent increase to basic rates of pay, backdated to April 2019 or a flat rate increase of £800, whichever is greater. VINCI (ARRIVA LONDON RAIL CONTRACT) A two per cent backdated pay increase up to £10.22 per hour effective from April 2018 to March 2019 and payment of the London Living Wage of £10.55 per hour for 2019/2020 backdated from April 2019 PNTL (BARROW-IN FURNESS) A three per cent pay increase for Ratings backdated to April 2019 and harmonisation of the Employer Ratings Pension Scheme and a two per cent increase in pension contribution. SERCO CALEDONIAN SLEEPER A 3.1 per cent increase on all rates of basic pay and allowances made up of a two per cent increase, with an additional 1.1 per cent awarded following the successful introduction of new rolling stock backdated to April 2019. An increase of RPI plus 0.25 per cent based on the February 2020 RPI rate as published by UK government in March 2020, effective April 2020. TRANSPENNINE EXPRESS A three per cent increase in basic rates for all grades covered by the Stations and Conductors Company Councils from April 2019. Maternity/Paternity pay extended in cases of premature birth by an additional four weeks’ salary. MITIE (EUROSTAR CONTRACT) A three per cent increase for all grades backdated to April 2019 and Statutory Sick Pay at the discretion of the company
