Using your card in the UK Using your card in-store or online is free in the UK, so make the most of your card and use it at partner retailers to enjoy cashback savings. Loading your card You can load your card free of charge by direct debit (direct debits are collected on the first working day of the month). There’s also no top-up fee for debit card loads over £200.
